Returns & Exchanges Policy

The Kit Shop offers a returns policy on items that are new and unused, subject to limitations and exceptions. You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to undertake a return. For items being delivered, the 14 day period starts the day your order is delivered to the shipping address. For in-store purchases and Collect at Store purchases, the 14 day period begins on the day the items leave the store. Once goods have been dispatched, any delivery charges paid are non refundable. We must receive the goods within 14 days of being notified that you wish to withdraw from the sale, or your return will be cancelled.

We are only able to refund using your original payment method. For gift card purchases, your refund will be automatically applied to your original gift card. For Credit or Debit card purchases, refunds can only be made on to the original card used at the time of purchase or onto a gift card, as per the Proceeds of Crime Act (2002).

Unwanted goods must be returned unused, in a fully resaleable condition and any packaging or tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when testing clothing or equipment and you must ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund where goods are not returned in a saleable condition and/or are used, damaged or incomplete.

You can exchange or refund your online order in the shop immediately. Once your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 days working days to credit your account, subject to the processing time applied by your bank. To return to the shop simply present your goods and despatch note and one of our advisers will process your exchange or refund or help you order a new item.

Warranty returns are subject to analysis by The Kit Shop and/or the product manufacturer. We reserve the right to refuse to return an item under warranty where the item has been misused or abused, or for damage caused by normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Proof of purchase is required before any return can be completed. This can be in the form of a dispatch note or store receipt. If the item was purchased in store with an active Discount and Reward Scheme card, it can be used as a substitute for a store receipt.
